Job Title: Agency Assistant / Client Service Specialist

Position Overview:
As our Agency Assistant, you’ll be the go-to support for the agency owner—helping with daily operations, assisting clients, and contributing to our agency’s success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the agency owner and team
- Proactively review customer accounts for service opportunities or coverage improvements
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Help plan, organize, and participate in agency events and community involvement activities
- Support outreach and client acquisition activities
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Support daily office operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, office administration, or marketing preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Insurance license (Property & Casualty or Life & Health) is a plus, but not required—willing to help the right candidate obtain licensing
- Proficiency with computers and office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Experience with social media or event planning is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $35,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
- Bonus opportunities based on agency performance
