"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Outpatient Oncology RN to provide direct patient care in a chemotherapy infusion clinic. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, provide education, manage triage, and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assess and document patient conditions in EMR
- Record vital signs and assist with patient examinations
- Administer chemotherapy and oncology treatments
- Provide patient and family education on care plans and medications
- Handle phone triage and patient follow-ups
- Review lab results and coordinate physician instructions
- Monitor and respond to treatment reactions
- Maintain crash cart, defibrillator, and emergency equipment
- Complete accurate clinical documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care planning
- Respond to emergency situations as per hospital protocol
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS Certification required
- Oncology / Chemotherapy infusion experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Experience in outpatient oncology setting preferred
