Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Field Inspector to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform detailed construction inspections across various sites, to improve the homes structural integrity, inspect on any necessary water management, and determine if any concrete needs repaired.
- Conduct quality control and quality inspection assessments to identify issues early and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze construction processes and data collection results to provide actionable insights for project teams.
- Review contracts, technical drawings, and schematics to confirm that work aligns with project specifications.
- Document inspection findings thoroughly through reports, photos, and detailed records for transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with construction managers, contractors, and engineers to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow momentum.
- Monitor pipeline projects and construction site activities to uphold safety protocols and quality benchmarks consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction inspection or sales roles within the construction industry are preferred but not required.
- Understanding of sales processes and previous sales experience.
- Familiarity with contracts, data collection methods, and pipeline or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $211,000.00 per year
