East Hartford Animal Clinic is seeking a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with a collaborative approach, and isn’t afraid to jump in and support the team on the floor when needed.
Founded in 1989 and part of Vetcor since 2018, our hospital has built a strong reputation in the community for compassionate care and a team-first culture. You’ll work closely with our incredible Chief of Staff to support a clinic that truly cares about its people, patients, and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day hospital operations

Mentoring and supporting our technician and client service teams

Managing scheduling, workflow, and overall efficiency

Assisting on the floor as needed to support patient care and client experience

Partnering with the COS on team development and hospital performance
What We’re Looking For

Veterinary technician background preferred
-
Leadership or supervisory experience (veterinary experience preferred)
-
Calm, steady presence—especially under pressure
-
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style

Passion for supporting both people and pets in the community

Strong communication and organizational skills
