Desk Manager / Finance Manager (Automotive)
Location: Vista, CA
Compensation: Hourly Pay + High Commission

We are a high-volume dealership in Vista, California specializing in both cars and motorcycles. With over 130 vehicles and motorcycles in inventory and more than 40 incoming leads daily, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Desk Manager / Finance Manager to join our team.
Requirements
- Recent automotive desking experience is required
- Special finance / subprime lending experience required
- Strong understanding of lender programs and financing options
- Established relationships with banks and lenders preferred
- Ability to structure, desk, submit, and fund deals accurately
- Experience with Dealertrack and DealerCenter
- Management and team leadership experience
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Honest, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Problem solver and self-starter
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Punctual and motivated to earn substantial income
- Ability to work six days per week
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Structure and desk automotive deals
- Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals
- Negotiate financing terms with customers
- Analyze credit profiles and match customers with appropriate lenders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including TILA
- Prepare contracts and funding packages accurately
- Handle title and contract processing
- Support and coach the sales team
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships
- Maximize backend product sales and overall gross profit
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
