We are seeking a Die Maker Assistant to support the setup, operation, maintenance, fabrication, and assembly of dies and trimmers in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die-making equipment.
*
Locate dies for customer quotes.
*
Maintain dies and trimmers to ensure they remain in proper working condition.
*
Assist with the fabrication and assembly of dies.
*
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
*
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
*
Perform additional duties and related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
*
High school diploma or equivalent.
*
1–3 years of manufacturing and/or operations experience required.
*
Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
*
Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Ability to work with management and assist with presentations when required.
*
Self-motivated and dependable.
*
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
