Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels through effective food management and stock rotation practices
- Train new staff members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Assist in managing restaurant operations including budgeting, labor scheduling, and cost control
- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and positive attitude
- Supervise shift activities including opening, closing, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in the hospitality or food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred
- Strong background in food safety practices, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Experience with staff training, development, and interviewing is advantageous
- Knowledge of restaurant management operations including budgeting, shift management, and customer service excellence
