We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Building Operations Manager to lead and oversee the Caregivers and operational efficiency of our Memory Care Facility. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise facilities Caregiver teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of care for our residents and safety compliance efforts to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Proven management experience supervising Caregiving teams in a Memory Care setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor Caregiving Teams.
