Responsibilities
- Execute planogram implementation to optimize product placement and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking, and material handling to ensure product availability
- Design visually appealing displays using visual merchandising techniques, including the use of Schematics and interior design principles
- Collaborate with store management on remodeling projects, store layout updates, and remodeling initiatives
- Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and stock movement, adhering to safety protocols such as ladder use and manual handling procedures
- Utilize mobile devices and POS systems for pricing adjustments, sales tracking, and client communication
- Train and develop team members on merchandising standards, store management practices, and customer service excellence
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management, pricing accuracy, and display setup
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and work independately.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client interaction
