No Pressure Exterior Cleaning is a growing pressure washing company serving Gwinnett County and surrounding areas. We're looking for motivated, self-driven sales reps to knock doors in local neighborhoods and book exterior cleaning jobs — house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, roof washing, and more.
This is a commission-only role, which means your earnings are tied directly to the jobs you book. Strong closers do very well here. We provide the training, the pitch, the marketing materials, and warm neighborhoods to work — you bring the hustle.
What you'll do:
- Knock doors in residential neighborhoods and talk to homeowners about our exterior cleaning services
- Explain our services and pricing and book jobs on the spot or schedule estimates
- Track your leads and follow up
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection
- Self-motivated and reliable — you don't need someone over your shoulder
- Reliable transportation to and from neighborhoods
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person
- Must be 18+
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You're paid a commission for every job booked, with higher rates as your weekly volume increases. Top performers earn per $800-$1,500 a week. Paid weekly.
