Responsibilities:
Program/troubleshoot PLC software and hardware.
Interpret PLC ladder logic & machine sequence of operation
Troubleshoot/diagnose/repair electrical, electronic and mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, components, and robotic systems
Perform preliminary equipment inspections, run conduit and terminate wiring, install pneumatic lines, perform Point-to-Point wiring verifications
Calibrate weight systems, transmitters, transducers, indicators, readouts, and tune control loops
Complete shop records and use reporting system following established procedures as required for effective performance of the job or operation of the department
Maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
AS in Mechanical or Electrical (preferred)
Certificate in Industrial Maintenance
1 year of experience in manufacturing environment
