Looking for assembly and packaging experience for a 3-month temp assignment on Day shift.
This is a B shift position, with Training on A shift for one week (7am - 330pm)
Regular shift hours are 330pm - 12am, after one week of training.
Starting pay is 18 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products using hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques according to detailed work instructions and technical drawings
- Interpret production documents, including technical drawings, work orders, and process instructions to ensure correct assembly procedures
- Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards during assembly processes
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with safety standards in production environments
Requirements
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical assembly techniques
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and strict adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical documentation accurately
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
