We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Window & Door Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.
Position Overview
The Installation Manager oversees field crews, coordinates daily installation schedules, ensures job-site quality, and provides hands-on support for residential window and door installs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in installing windows & doors as well managing installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule installation crews for window and door projects
- Conduct site measurements, job-site inspections, and quality control checks
- Ensure installations comply with company standards, and safety requirements
- Train and mentor installers to improve efficiency and craftsmanship
- Communicate with customers before, during, and after installation to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions quickly
- Review project details, materials, and timelines to avoid delays
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service departments to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in window/door installation or construction management
- Strong knowledge of residential window and door systems
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate installation teams
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and measurements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge with Impact Windows.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
