As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you'll be actively involved in community outreach, account management, and business development initiatives that directly support our nonprofit partners' growth. You'll work closely with leadership to execute high-impact community events and drive measurable results for the causes we support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Execute daily outreach activities through in-person community engagement and event support
- Support account management by maintaining partner relationships, tracking event participation, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with business development efforts by identifying new community partnership opportunities and contributing to expansion campaigns
- Participate in presentations that clearly communicate the mission and impact of our nonprofit partners
- Help drive account management processes, including onboarding new partners, follow-ups, and retention strategies
- Collaborate on business development and expansion campaigns to increase community reach and brand presence
- Analyze event and campaign performance and contribute insights to improve outreach, account management, and business development strategies
- Work alongside senior leaders to refine skills in community outreach, managing partner accounts, and executing growth initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development preferred but not required

Pay: $59,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
