Position Overview: As a Remote Sales Representative at Greener Living Lawn Care, you'll be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients in the Chicago suburbs, offering our premium lawn care services, and assisting with inquiries, all from the convenience of your home office. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a greener and healthier environment while earning a competitive compensation package.
Training and Guidance: To start, you'll undergo comprehensive product training and learn sales techniques through Zoom sessions with our sales manager. You'll be paired with a dedicated manager who will mentor and support you on your journey to becoming a top-notch sales professional. This support will involve daily meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients within the Chicago suburbs, all while working remotely. Educate potential customers about our lawn care services and their benefits. Follow up on estimates and inquiries promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and questions. Meet weekly sales targets by effectively promoting our services. Assist with at least 4 hours of A/R (collections) weekly from current clients. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system.
Compensation: There is a base pay of $18 per hour, or $720 per week while working from home. Achieve $3,000 in weekly sales of lawn care services (average sale is $500), and you'll earn a 5% extra commission on your next paycheck. Reach $4,000 in weekly sales and enjoy a 7% extra commission rate. Surpass the $5,000 weekly sales mark and unlock a 10% extra commission rate.

Qualifications: We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of full cycle sales experience in lawn care service or a similar field, as well as 1 year of telemarketing experience. You should be comfortable using CRM systems and able to work effectively from home.
