We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to support business development efforts within a growing manufacturing and distribution organization. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, managing a sales pipeline, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts.
- Prospect and engage potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners to drive long-term growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase customer retention.
- Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment activities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records.
Business Development
- Promote the company's products and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
- Identify emerging opportunities that support business growth.
Customer Service
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Provide responsive support throughout the sales process and after the sale.
- Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, industrial products, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
