Duties
- Monitor premises using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Control access points with advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for all visitors
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies following established emergency response procedures
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy
- Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety standards
Skills
- Extensive surveillance skills utilizing CCTV cameras and other monitoring equipment
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and legal compliance related to security operations
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse individuals
- Experience in incident report writing with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with fire safety protocols.
- Ability to perform patrolling duties efficiently while maintaining high alertness levels during long shifts
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
