Keller Williams Realty La Mesa is looking for a producing agent who’s ready to step into a leadership role and help others grow.
This is not a theory-based coaching position. This is a results-driven role focused on helping agents generate business, build pipelines, and close more transactions using proven systems.

What You’ll Do
- Coach agents to increase appointments, signed agreements, and closings
- Lead weekly trainings, masterminds, and lead generation sessions
- Work one-on-one with agents to build business plans and track performance
- Drive accountability around daily and weekly lead generation
- Help agents improve confidence, conversion, and consistency
- Support agents through contracts, negotiations, and live deal scenarios
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Real Estate License
- Strong recent production (this is a must)
- Experience mentoring or leading agents is a plus
- Someone who tracks numbers and believes in accountability
- Confident leading from the front of the room
Compensation
- Performance-based commission
- Expected income: $75,000 – $150,000+
