Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to recruit and place general labor employees for manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and distribution clients.
The ideal candidate has high-volume recruiting experience, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to build a dependable workforce while supporting employee retention.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics positions
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, onboarding, and employment verification
- Coordinate orientations, background checks, drug screenings, and start dates
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
- Communicate job expectations, schedules, and assignment details
- Follow up with placed employees to improve attendance and reduce turnover
- Maintain accurate applicant and employee records
- Work closely with clients and account managers to meet staffing needs
Requirements
- Previous staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple openings
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards preferred
