Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Landscape Sales professional to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth by acquiring new Homeowners Association (HOA) contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Experience with the landscape industry, CRM software and strong computer skills, and territory management is highly desirable. Duties
- Generate new leads through cold calling, lead generation, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored landscape solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our landscape services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or management within the landscape or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, territory management, and lead generation techniques including cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Strong computer skills are a must.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Knowledge of landscaping products/services is highly preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn about technical solutions is essential.
- Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional sales management and customer service experiences.
