OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect rooms.

Maintain room cleanliness.

Help with training of new staff.

Continually promote positive communication and respect with other departments.

Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Must be a self starter and able to work with minimum supervision.

Must be able to stand or be on feet for long periods of time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Notify manager when supplies are low.

Always be professional and ethical in dealing with guests and associates

Maintain hospitality program and make sure it is in effect and monitored daily.

Ensure that all reports are prepared completely and on time.
PRIMARY DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ensure all rooms are ready for guests.

Help training of new staff

Ensure that all reports are completed at end of each day

Make sure all staff has completed daily assignments.

Responds to guest complaints.

Maintain department goals.

Always be professional and act as a team leader for department.

Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDE LIFTING AND PUSHING):

Ability to stoop, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.

Able to stand or be on feet 100% of the time.

No formal education is needed.

Ability to read operating instructions on equipment used in department.
