This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across assigned properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Duties may include performing routine preventative maintenance, completing minor repairs, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds, assisting with unit turnovers, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The position also supports the maintenance team with seasonal projects, equipment operation, and other property-related tasks as needed while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
