Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in executive support, account coordination, or operations
- Experience in OEM, manufacturing, or importing companies preferred
- Proven experience to manage end-to-end processes in a fast-paced environment
Industry Knowledge
- Solid understanding of OEM account management, including quotations, product specifications, sourcing, and order follow-up
- Ability to support the full lifecycle of OEM projects, from customer inquiry to final delivery
- Familiarity with working directly with out-of-state customers and overseas vendors
- Exposure to international trade, tariffs, or logistics coordination is a plus
Core Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple OEM accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries, internal coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling specifications, pricing, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve order, production, or shipping issues
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, conference calls)
Coordination & Communication
- Ability to coordinate all aspects of OEM business, including:
§ customer communication and order processing
§ product specifications and documentation
§ production and shipment scheduling
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure deadlines and commitments are met

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities
- Will to learn and gain more knowledges of the related industries (e.g. trailers, trackers, auto brake system, etc.)
Language Skills
· Strong proficiency in written and spoken English required
· Ability to verbally communicate in Mandarin is also required
