Your Role
As a Remote Sales Setter, you'll speak with warm, pre-qualified prospects through scheduled Zoom meetings and phone calls. Your focus will be to understand each prospect's goals, build trust, introduce our services, and qualify them for the next stage of the sales process.
Best of all, you'll work exclusively with inbound appointments—no cold calling or lead prospecting required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with inbound prospects through scheduled Zoom meetings and phone calls.
- Learn about each client's business, goals, and current challenges.
- Clearly explain the value of our digital marketing solutions.
- Answer questions and professionally address common concerns.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with meeting notes and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve client experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or another client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and phone conversations throughout the day.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
