Position Summary
This full-time, hourly position is the face of Kelly Industrial Supply at our customer sites. You will own a defined route of 3–8 customer locations per day across the Greater Philadelphia region, managing bin replenishment, scanning inventory, placing orders, and building the kind of relationships that keep customers loyal. A typical day starts with morning product loading at our West Chester, PA facility, moves through on-site replenishment visits at our customers, where orders are delivered, put away, and new orders are taken before reporting back at our West Chester, PA facility. Overtime may be required during peak periods. Candidates must live within a reasonable commute of West Chester, PA.

Hourly/Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus quarterly performance bonus and account-growth incentive.
Essential Functions
- Commit to Kelly Industrial Supply's Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fundamentals.
- Serve as the primary customer contact at assigned sites: stage and deliver product, manage inventory levels, create replenishment orders, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Perform repeated lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching; handle cartons up to 50 lbs.
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve quality and delivery issues quickly.
- Identify and communicate expansion opportunities at customer locations to the sales team.
- Maintain clean, organized racks, bins, and labels at all customer sites.
- Use a portable scanning device to collect inventory data and report back to Kelly Industrial Supply.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at Kelly Industrial Supply and customer locations.
Education, Skills, and Experience Required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, field service, or warehouse role with direct customer interaction.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; able to work effectively with customers, team members, and suppliers.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record, and meet company insurance requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a motor vehicle record check
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional Skills Preferred
- Fastener, hose, and/or fittings product knowledge.
- Industrial distribution, warehouse, or VMI experience.
- Experience using handheld scanning devices, inventory management systems, and tablets.
