Job Description
Falewitch Construction Services, LLC is accepting applications for a Project Manager. FCS is the Midwest's premier specialty contractor specializing in metal studs, drywall, taping, EIFS, fireproofing, spray foam insulation, and operable walls.
Compensation
- Salary negotiable based on experience
- Eligible for performance-based bonus program
Qualifications
- Previous Project Management experience in commercial construction is required.
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Field experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a desire to learn and grow.
Required Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including contracts, procurement, quality, budgets, change orders, reporting, and production.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while developing new business relationships.
Required Skills
- Experience with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid estimating software.
- General understanding of commercial construction processes.
- Ability to analyze project schedules and determine manpower requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
