Position Overview
Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll follow individualized programs developed by a BCBA to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
Availability Requirement for this Job:
Must be available Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of a 40-hour ABA training (required)

- Current CPR & First Aid certification (pediatric, with in-person skills check)
- Reliable transportation
- Clear background screening
- Smartphone with unlimited data access for documentation and communication
