Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives focused on food handling, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Manage daily stock inventory to maintain optimal stock levels of food supplies, beverages, and kitchen equipment while minimizing waste.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accuracy and security.
- Implement food safety standards in compliance with health regulations, including proper food production, handling, and storage practices.
- Coordinate shift management duties, including scheduling staff coverage during peak hours and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Maintain a positive environment that promotes teamwork, high morale, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Management experience within the food industry, preferably in quick service restaurants or casual dining establishments.
- Background in food service management with hands-on kitchen experience including culinary skills such as cooking and food preparation is preferred
- Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training & development in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control techniques, and budgeting principles.
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
