Outside Sales – Construction & Data Center Security (TX-Based Regional Territory)
Location & Territory
Texas (must live in TX). This is a field-based regional role. You will cover Texas as the home market, with regular travel to the surrounding region including Oklahoma, Louisiana (and nearby states as needed). Frequent travel is required; this is not a desk-based role. Company Truck and Fuel Card Provided.

JG Security provides physical security services for high-value worksites, including oil & gas, renewable energy construction (wind/solar), and data center construction. We deploy the right mix of security staffing, patrol, monitoring, access control, and mobile/security systems based on site needs.
Role Summary
You will own business development across the region—prospecting, site visits, relationship building, proposals, closing, and coordinating onboarding/renewals with operations. This role is relationship-driven and field-first (job sites, contractor offices, and project teams).
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and close new business across the territory in renewables construction, oil & gas and data center construction
- Sell solutions such as security staffing, patrol, camera monitoring, access control solutions, and mobile security systems based on project requirements
- Spend significant time in the field: visiting active job sites and meeting decision-makers
- Build relationships with jobsite and corporate stakeholders (site managers, PMs, procurement, security leadership)
- Coordinate onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management with internal operations teams
What You Bring
- Field-based B2B sales experience in one or more: renewables construction, data center constructionequipment rental, industrial construction, critical infrastructure
- Comfortable working in rugged jobsite environments and traveling frequently
- Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline discipline
- Strong communication skills with both field and executive-level contacts
