Pay Breakdown:
$30/hr for all shift hours (drive and on duty)
70hr cycle = $2,100 (can make this in 5 days if you push)
$200 34hr reset OTR pay bonus

$2,720 = 6 days 14hrs @ $30/hr + $200 34hr reset OTR pay bonus
Guarantee minimum pay:
$1,800 - 60 hrs for 5 days/week OTR - (home 34hr reset)
$2,100 - 70 hrs for 6 days/week OTR - (home 34hr reset)
$2,300 - 7 days/week
Guarantee Pay Expectations:
1. if there are hours left on clock in a day and a load that we can move to use up the hours for that day, we need to move it. We cannot end our shift many hours early without a good reason and approval from dispatch. If this results in potentially having a hard time finding parking, you have a resource to call and find parking
2. communicate on telegram every arrival, departure, delay, and every 30m-45m at shipper or receiver on status of loading/unloading process. We want to know when you are checked in, when you hit the dock, what dock number you are in, when you feel them on trailer, what all they tell you, etc.
3. ~2m pre-trip and post-trip videos showing lights are working with hazards on and thumping the tires to verify they are full. (This does not displace the 15m DOT required Pretrip. This is just a small part of the grand Pretrip that we want recorded).
4. make appointments on time (unless something outside of our control prevents us from making it)
5. All delivered load paperwork needs scanned in via camscanner app of all pages and uploaded into your prospective telegram chat so that we can download and bill for the work. If you do not know how to do this, please check with Louisville office asap.
What doesn’t work:
1. Sitting in a dock for hours without communication.
2. Pre-trips or post-trips that go longer than 20 minutes of ON DUTY.
3. Personal obligations preventing you from working a full day and expecting a guarantee full day/shift pay. If you have obligations / appointments, it hinders are ability to keep you rolling, so that day in particular you may not make the full pay.
