Join a Central Arkansas sign company with 60+ years behind it
Little Rock Conway Sign Co. builds, installs, and services signage for businesses across Arkansas and beyond. We're hiring a full-time Sign Installer / Electrician to join our crew in Conway — someone who's comfortable on a bucket truck, good with their hands and their wiring, and takes pride in a straight, clean install.
This is steady, year-round work with a company that has been doing this a long time and plans to keep doing it.
What you'll be doing
- Installing and servicing a wide range of signage — channel letters, monuments, pylons, cabinets, wall signs, and lighted displays
- Fabricating and wiring new sign cabinets in the shop
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components: LED systems, power supplies, ballasts, and wiring
- Operating company vehicles and lift equipment safely on job sites
- Pitching in on other shop and field work as the job requires
What we're looking for
- Electrical experience in signage, commercial, or industrial work
- Arkansas Journeyman Electrician license preferred — apprentices and experienced installers working toward licensure are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
- Previous sign installation experience is a plus
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Arkansas weather
- Able to lift and maneuver heavy materials
- Dependable and on time — our crews count on each other
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Compensation
Pay is determined individually based on your experience, licensing, and demonstrated skill. We'll go over specifics with you during the interview — a licensed journeyman with sign experience and someone newer to the trade won't be at the same number, and we'd rather talk it through than post one figure.
