Responsibilities
As a Home Health Liaison, you will be an integral member of our team. This position will be responsible for:
· Generating leads and referral sources within the community will lead to an increase in our client base of members that require home healthcare services.
· Effectively communicate and foster relationships with families, physicians and referral sources to increase community awareness of Brightstar Care services while focusing on goal achievement, patient care and expansion of referrals.
· Generating referrals from key hospitals, physicians, and healthcare facilities in the area.
· Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales in high levels of customer satisfaction.
Salary is dependent on experience.

Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing function in community development preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting required.
Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and required liability insurance
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must communicate effectively with referral sources, patients and families
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time & exempt
