Account Manager – Business Development & Referral Relations

León Attorneys is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to strengthen and expand our relationships with referral partners and community professionals. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, maintaining professional networks, and representing a brand with confidence and professionalism.
The Account Manager will serve as a key liaison between our law firm and referral partners, helping maintain strong partnerships while identifying opportunities to further grow our network within the community.
This is a highly relationship-driven role for someone who is personable, proactive, and comfortable representing a professional organization at meetings, events, and networking functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the firm and referral partners, including adjusters, contractors, medical providers, and other professional contacts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral sources through regular communication and meetings
- Identify and cultivate new professional relationships that align with the firm’s practice areas
- Represent the firm at networking events, industry functions, and community gatherings
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential referral partners
- Maintain organized records of referral contacts and relationship touchpoints
- Collaborate with the firm’s leadership and marketing team on outreach strategies and partnership initiatives
- Act as an ambassador of the firm by ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all external interactions

Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable representing the firm in meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Demonstrated leadership ability with the potential to mentor and manage a team as the role grows
- Experience in property damage, insurance, restoration, public adjusting, medical, or legal industries is strongly preferred
- Background in relationship management, client relations, or business development within professional services is a plus
