Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery Supervisor to lead our embroidery department and ensure the delivery of high-quality embroidered products. This role involves overseeing daily operations within the embroidery department, maintaining production standards, and ensuring timely completion of orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of embroidery processes, and experience in manufacturing environments.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the embroidery department to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor workflow within the department, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct quality checks on embroidered products, identifying and resolving defects or inconsistencies.
- Train team members on embroidery techniques, machine operation, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels of threads, fabrics, and other materials.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold manufacturing standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics regularly.
- Support new product development by providing technical input on embroidery feasibility.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing machine operation.
- Proficiency in sewing techniques specific to embroidery processes.
- Experience with manufacturing workflows within a textile or apparel environment.
- Excellent self-motivation skills and time personal time management
- Attention to detail in quality control procedures.
- Good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Accrued PTO.
