Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during busy service periods
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and stocking
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Help with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
