Urban Air Kennewick is opening a brand-new adventure park, and we’re looking for an energetic leader to join our GM and help build the team, culture, and guest experience from day one.
You’ll:
- Help lead a 60+ person team
- Build a great culture and develop future leaders
- Lead daily park operations and guest experience
- Take ownership of important areas of the business
- Learn and grow toward future leadership opportunities
We’re looking for:
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong people-leadership and customer-service skills
- Energy, good judgment, and a take-charge attitude
- Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, recreation, entertainment, or similar environments
You don’t need adventure-park experience. We can teach you the business.
