- Average earnings: $75,000–$100,000+ per year
- ✅ Full-time, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)

- Install kitchen cabinet refacing systems, including laminate surfaces, doors, and drawers
- Review project plans and layout prints before each job
- Ensure all materials are accounted for and ready prior to installation
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site to ensure high-quality results
- Complete job-related paperwork accurately
- Experience with kitchen installation, cabinetry, or remodeling
- Skilled using power tools and saws
- Ability to read layout prints and accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage job-site workflow
- Valid driver’s license
- Will be subject to background check and pre-employment drug screening
