Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering our dispensary. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and secure environment while supporting front desk operations and compliance procedures. You’ll work closely with retail staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and customers upon arrival
- Verify identification and medical cards in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations
- Manage check-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Assist with appointment scheduling and queue management
- Support dispensary staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale or patient management systems a plus
- Professional demeanor and commitment to compliance
