Are you a people-first professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Bentonville, Arkansas.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our agency’s success by supporting clients with policy service needs, answering questions, processing account changes, and helping ensure every customer receives exceptional service. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and excited about building a career in insurance and customer service, we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Do
· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person
· Assist customers with billing questions, policy updates, coverage changes, and claims support
· Process renewals, endorsements, and service requests accurately and efficiently
· Maintain organized and accurate client records in the agency management system
· Follow up on outstanding documents, payments, and customer requests
· Support daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks
· Help identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs
· Work closely with the agency team to deliver a high-quality client experience and support client retention
What We’re Looking For
· Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred
· Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
· Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
· Comfortable using computers, email, and office software systems
· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Bilingual skills are a plus
· Active Arkansas insurance license is preferred; ability and willingness to obtain required. Must be able to pass a background check
