- A valid CDL with passenger endorsement (air brake qualification required for air-brake-equipped vehicles). No CDL and passenger endorsement = not eligible.
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional driving experience. This must be documentable. We cannot hire drivers below 5 years regardless of skill — our insurer will not approve them.

About the Position
Luxe Chauffeured Service is looking for professional, reliable, and well-presented part-time CDL drivers to operate passenger vans, mini buses, and charter buses.
This is a part-time, per-trip position. Work depends on reservations, vehicle needs, driver availability, and company demand. Some days are busy and some are quiet, so this is a great fit for an experienced driver who wants flexible, professional driving work rather than a fixed 40-hour schedule.
Position Details

- Luxe Chauffeured Service covers tolls, parking, and fuel
- Assignments may include passenger vans, mini buses, or charter buses, depending on your license, endorsements, and experience
- Work may include airport transfers, corporate transportation, weddings, schools, athletic teams, hotels, private events, local trips, NYC trips, Philadelphia trips, and long-distance trips
- Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, early mornings, evenings, nights, and holidays depending on reservations
Location
Our headquarters is in Morganville, New Jersey. This position may require reporting to or near our office/vehicle location, so we're looking for drivers who live nearby. Applicants who live an hour or more away may not be a good fit.
Requirements
Every applicant must have:
- Valid CDL with passenger endorsement
- Air brake qualification for air-brake-equipped vehicles
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional driving experience
- Clean driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Safe, responsible driving habits
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clear communication in English with clients, passengers, dispatch, and office staff — including trip instructions, schedules, addresses, airport details, and passenger requests
- Professional manner, clean appearance, and good personal hygiene
- Punctual, reliable, friendly, and professional
- Ability to assist passengers with luggage when needed
- Ability to safely operate larger passenger vehicles
- Working knowledge of New Jersey, NYC, Philadelphia, airports, hotels, schools, venues, and major routes
- Comfort driving in varied conditions — highways, airports, city, and event locations
Helpful (Preferred) Experience
Any of the following is a plus:
- Charter bus, mini bus, passenger van, shuttle, or motor coach driving
- School or athletic team transportation
- Airport, corporate, or wedding/event transportation
- Hotel, valet, limousine, chauffeur, or customer service work
About the Role
Our CDL drivers represent Luxe Chauffeured Service directly to our clients and passengers. Safety, presentation, timing, communication, and customer service are all part of the job.
Drivers treat company vehicles with care and keep them clean during service. Every passenger should feel safe, comfortable, respected, and professionally taken care of.
This is not just a driving job. We're looking for someone who can be professional with clients, follow instructions, communicate with dispatch, arrive on time, drive safely, and deliver a clean, comfortable experience every trip.
Reminder: a valid CDL with passenger endorsement and 5+ years of verifiable experience are both required. These are insurance requirements and cannot be waived.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
