Qualifications:
- Juris doctorate from accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts
- Commercial real estate experience
- Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations and title standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability, with ability to multi-task
- Time-management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $89,000 – $135,000 per year
