What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our property in top shape. From handling service requests promptly to ensuring the community grounds are well-maintained and apartments are ready for new residents, your work will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.
Position Overview:
Repair and maintain HVAC units, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing fixtures, and the structural facilities and grounds of the property.
Perform make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new tenants, ensuring they’re move-in ready.
What We’re Looking For:
- EPA Certification: Universal or Type I, II preferred.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.
- Experience: Previous experience with apartment make-ready or maintenance is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb stairs and ladders.
- Tools: Must have your own hand tools.
- Bonus Skills: Pool certification is a plus.
Your Role:
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems.
- Handle plumbing repairs and replace fixtures as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Essential for this role.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in multifamily housing maintenance.
- Availability: Must be available for on-call rotations.
- Screening: Credit and background checks required.
