Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer quality standards.
Assist with quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Support APQP activities and PPAP submissions.
Provide quality engineering support across wire processing, harness assembly, and related manufacturing processes.
Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspections to maintain product quality.
Support process validation, equipment qualification, and new product introduction efforts.
Implement process controls and statistical monitoring methods (SPC).
Lead and support root cause investigations using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
Analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Reduce scrap, improve yield, and implement defect prevention strategies.
Investigate customer complaints and lead corrective actions.
Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve quality performance.
Train operators on quality standards and best practices.
