Kucumber Skin Lounge is a premier Medical Spa looking for a self motivated Front Desk Coordinator who has a passion for sales and patient care. We specialize in non-invasive medical spa services, such as Laser Hair Removal, Anti-Aging, Botox and Dermal Fillers, CoolSculpting and much more. We utilize number of State of The Art modalities to provide the best care and treatments for our guests, have very skillful and solid team in place and are looking to add Administratively Inclined Professional who will help us stay organized. Job description:
- Work on a POS system to schedule appointments
- Perform opening and closing duties when needed
- Follow up on patient care
- Stay organized and thorough file documentation
- Team work is a must
- Work efficiently on your own and self motivated
- Work in a high pressure environment
Job Experience required- 3 yrs of Medical Spa or similar experience - background check - Flexible schedule- Microsoft and Excel fluent - Full Benefits including Medical and Dental. This position offers dream schedule - 10 hour shifts M - Friday.
