Key Responsibilities Client Implementation & Integration • Lead end-to-end implementation of new client integrations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation phases • Configure and support EDI transactions, including 837 (claims) and 835 (remittance) processing • Collaborate with clients to understand data structures, workflows, and business requirements Technical Execution • Develop, write, and optimize SQL queries within PostgreSQL environments to support data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting • Analyze inbound/outbound EDI files to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions • Support file ingestion, mapping, and transformation processes across systems Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions • Translate business and client requirements into technical specifications • Assist in improving implementation processes, tools, and documentation Compliance & Documentation • Ensure all implementations adhere to HIPAA and PHI data security standards • Maintain thorough documentation of integration workflows, data mappings, and technical configurations • Provide clear and concise updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in implementation, integration engineering, or similar technical client-facing role • Hands-on experience with EDI transactions, specifically 837 and 835 • Strong experience working with PostgreSQL (querying, data manipulation, performance tuning) • Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments and handling PHI securely • Proven ability to work directly with clients and manage technical relationships • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
