Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and manage qualification stress tests including HTOL, HAST, ESD, Latch-up, and Temperature Cycling (TC).
- Develop, debug, and maintain Burn-In Boards (BIBs) and custom test fixtures.
- Write automated test scripts (Python, C/C++, or LabVIEW) to interface with lab instrumentation and environmental chambers.
- Analyze large-scale reliability test data using statistical methods (Weibull, Lognormal distributions) to calculate FIT rates and MTTF.
- Partner with Product Engineering and Failure Analysis (FA) teams to investigate chip failures and drive corrective actions for design or process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of direct experience in semiconductor reliability or product testing.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and wear-out mechanisms (EM, TDDB, HCI, BTI).
- Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis or test automation (Python preferred, R, or JMP/Minitab).
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, SMUs, Parameter Analyzers).
- Experience working with automotive standards (e.g., AEC-Q100).
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) platforms (Teradyne, Advantest).
