Your Opportunity
As a Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee, you'll be immersed in a hands-on training program designed to teach you the mortgage business from the ground up. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop valuable sales skills, and learn how to guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with prospective homebuyers through warm outbound and inbound conversations
- Learn how to qualify borrowers and identify the best financing solutions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Gather documentation and maintain organized loan files
- Collaborate with processing and operations teams to keep loans moving efficiently
- Develop communication, sales, and negotiation skills through daily coaching
- Consistently improve through training, mentorship, and performance feedback
