Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our outdoor spaces. Duties
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with irrigation system setup, inspection, and repairs to ensure proper watering of all plantings
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, mulching, pruning, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify and address issues related to pests, disease, or damage
- Use gardening equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete daily maintenance activities
- Support seasonal planting projects and landscape enhancements to improve aesthetic appeal
- Ensure all grounds are clean, safe, and free of debris by sweeping walkways and removing litter
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and effectively
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic landscape maintenance techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds care
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks including bending, lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a passion for outdoor work and environmental stewardship

Work hours: 8:30AM - 2:30PM, Monday to Friday
