ROLE OVERVIEW
Your primary objective is to transform raw sheet metal into precise, high-quality components by utilizing CNC press brake machinery.
Your primary duties:

Configure and manage CNC press brake operations.

Analyze technical blueprints to calculate necessary bending specifications.

Shape 14–16 gauge galvanized steel and copper materials up to 1 inch thick.

Choose appropriate tooling and perform necessary equipment calibrations.

Verify component dimensions utilizing precision tools like calipers and micrometers.

Adjust machine controls to ensure consistent production standards.

Monitor output to identify and resolve defects early in the production cycle.

Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure a safe environment for the entire team.
QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE:

Strong grasp of precision manufacturing standards and tolerance requirements.
