Office Assistant
Entry Level Opportunity. Office and computer knowledge preferred. Experience not required, will train the right candidate.
Established electrical contracting company in Bohemia seeking a full-time office assistant. Position includes various office tasks such as:
- Invoicing (QuickBooks knowledge preferred)
- Creating and organizing digital job folders (PC/Computer knowledge required)
- Assist with inspection applications
- Assist with insurance documentation requests
- Assist with handling requests and scheduling clients
- Filing/Clerical
- Assisting other office staff members
- Ordering supplies
Candidate requirements:
- Organized
